I think of Stephen all the time, it makes me so very happy and so very sad. I am glad to have those memories before August 2nd, 2009...and am still haunted by that knock on the door and the events that followed.

Stephen was not a teenager spiraling out of control, he was a teenager who got into a situation he was not prepared for and it cost him his life.
We will work diligently for the rest of our lives to share Stephen's story and to try to prevent this from happening to other kids. Choose your friends wisely.
